A specialist management workshop facilitator of strategic and operational planning, organisation design and other strategic decision-making outputs. Johan has facilitated more than 4 000 such outputs over a 30-year career over the most diverse spectrum of organisations in the public and private sectors in Southern Africa.
He is a co-developer of the well-known Leader-Manager Toolkit, and the designer of the new Diagknows Software Solution that has been used in thousands of focus group sessions.
He developed the “real-time” documentation of facilitated content practice in 1986 already and is known to be the productivity benchmark in facilitation practices delivering workshop results directly at session end. He is the author of the book “How to revolutionise your workshop facilitation practices”.
